- 4 romaine leaves
- ⅓ cup black beans
- ½ cup fresh salsa
- Olive-oil cooking spray

Method

Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and warm it over medium heat.

Cook lean ground turkey with the taco seasoning, breaking it into small pieces, for 6–8 minutes. Stir in black beans for the final 2 minutes.

Wash and dry romaine leaves, arrange the leaves on a plate, and divide the turkey-bean mixture among them. Top with fresh salsa.

Cook the poultry until the thickest part reaches 165°F on a food thermometer.
