  • 1 Tbsp water

  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

    Whisk small orange, juiced with the tamari, water, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.

    Cook chicken breast in a hot nonstick skillet for 5–7 minutes, stirring often.

    Add broccoli and 2 tablespoons water; cover for 3 minutes, then uncover and pour in the orange sauce.

    Cook the poultry until the thickest part reaches 165°F on a food thermometer. Serve with cooked brown rice.
