Method

Heat the oven to 425°F and line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment.

Toss green beans, mushrooms, and small sweet potato with the olive oil, dried herbs, any listed flavorings, and pepper; roast for 8 minutes.

Move the vegetables aside, add pork tenderloin, and continue roasting.

Cook the pork to 145°F, then rest it for 3 minutes before serving.
